Data Deletion Instructions — Redexa Social

Last updated: October 14, 2026.

Redexa Social keeps analytics locally but uses remote authorization, email, payment and licensing services. Removing local data, revoking platform access and requesting deletion of remote records are separate actions.

Remove a connected account

Open Redexa Social, go to the "Link account" screen and unlink the account. Revoke the application's access in the connected platform's settings if you no longer want it authorized.

Remove local data

Close the application before deleting its data. Review the Redexa Social folder under %APPDATA% and any older Social Dashboard data folders from previous installations. Removing application data deletes local settings, account information and cached analytics; retain anything you still need first. Handle backup copies separately. Do not assume uninstalling alone deletes all personal data.

Subscriptions and remote records

Deleting local files does not cancel a subscription or delete remote license records. Free-trial records (a hash of the email address and the card fingerprint) are kept to stop repeat trials. Use the application's billing portal to manage or cancel a subscription. For help with remote license, billing or transactional email records, email redexasocial@getcertsprint.com. Do not post personal information, license keys or payment details in a public issue.

Revoke platform authorization

Review authorization in Google account permissions, Meta Accounts Center, TikTok's connected application settings or the relevant platform's account settings. Older authorizations may still use the name "Social Dashboard".

See the privacy policy for the distinction between local data and information processed by service providers.
