Redexa Social is a local-first desktop application for connected social account statistics. Local-first does not mean offline: platforms and service providers process the data needed for the features below.
The website stores daily totals of homepage views, setup-guide views, download clicks and optional feedback. The measurement database contains only day, product, predefined action name and count. It contains no account or channel data, IP addresses or visitor identifiers. No tracking cookies are set. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. Hosting providers process network information to deliver requests. These totals do not identify unique users or verify app installations. The same service receives anonymous website action counts from Redaxa.
Local account information, connected account tokens, cached statistics and content history are stored on your computer. Analytics are calculated locally. Protect your Windows account and any backups containing application data.
The application requests data from connected platforms. Instagram and TikTok authorization exchanges pass through a Redexa Social service hosted on Cloudflare, which processes the authorization code and returns the platform response to the application. This is separate from uploading analytics history.
Stripe processes purchases and subscription management. Redexa Social stores license records in Cloudflare storage: license key, plan, email address, Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, status and issue date. These records support license verification and billing access. Purchase notifications are also sent to the operator.
If you start a free trial, a record of it is kept so that each customer gets one: a one-way SHA-256 hash of your normalized email address, the fingerprint Stripe assigns to the payment card (an identifier, not the card number), the Stripe subscription identifier and the date the trial ends. It is stored in Cloudflare storage for as long as trials are offered and is not removed by a deletion request, because removing it would let the same person start trial after trial; it contains no readable email address or card number. The language and time zone the app was using are kept with the license so that trial emails can be written in that language and with your local times.
Resend delivers license, free-trial, welcome and password-reset emails. It processes recipient addresses and message content, which can include a name, reset code or license key. Email-address and IP-address rate-limit counters in Cloudflare storage expire after approximately one hour. Providers also process technical information needed for requests and email delivery.
The application contacts its update service to check for new versions. Connected platforms, Cloudflare, Stripe, Resend and the update host process requests under their respective privacy policies. The local analytics workflow does not send social analytics to an external AI service.
Unlink accounts in the application and revoke access in the connected platform's settings. Local deletion does not erase remote license, billing or email records, and uninstalling is not confirmation that every local file has been removed. See the data deletion instructions.
The controller for the data described above is Aurelio Avila, a private individual. No data protection officer has been appointed. If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the supervisory authority of the EU country where you live or work.
