LOCAL-FIRST ANALYTICS
Social media analytics without surrendering your data
A Windows analytics workspace that keeps creator metrics and DPAPI-encrypted credentials on your own computer instead of a vendor cloud database.

Your workspace, not another data silo
Redexa Social stores account statistics, history and insights locally, in a database under %APPDATA%\RedexaSocial. It does not upload your analytics to a central Redexa database. Insights and trends are computed on your own machine from that local data, with no AI service call and no per-report cost.
What the local encryption does and does not cover
Connected-account tokens are encrypted at rest with Windows DPAPI in your user scope. That protects the database if it is copied elsewhere - removable media, a cloud backup, a resold computer - and from other Windows accounts on the same machine. It does not protect against software already running as you, which can ask DPAPI to decrypt exactly as the app does. Local encryption cannot prevent that, and saying otherwise would be a promise the code cannot keep.
Official, read-only connections
Connect supported accounts through the platforms’ own APIs with read-only permissions. Redexa Social cannot publish, edit, schedule or delete your content - there is no posting code in it. You can revoke its access from the platform’s own settings at any time, and the app keeps working on the data it already collected.
What still travels over the network
Local-first is not offline, and the honest list matters. Platform APIs are called from your computer to fetch your own numbers. Instagram and TikTok token exchanges pass through a Cloudflare Worker, because those platforms require a client secret that cannot ship inside a downloadable executable. Purchases go to Stripe, and licence records - key, plan, email, Stripe identifiers - are stored remotely so a licence can be verified. The website counts anonymous daily page and click totals with no visitor identifier and no tracking cookie.
Availability and plans
Start with YouTube on the free plan: one connected account and the core overview. Instagram and TikTok require your own developer app; X shows credential status only, with no X analytics. History, posting-window charts, rival comparison and CSV export are Pro (€7.99 a month, three accounts) or Studio (€10.99 a month, ten accounts).
