ENCYCLOPEDIA
Platforms and features, from the app itself
Each page below is written from the app’s own code: the API fields it asks for, the thresholds it uses and the limits it cannot get around.
Platforms
- YouTube
The exact YouTube Data API calls Redexa Social makes: subscribers, total views, video count and your latest 10 uploads, read-only, three quota units a refresh.
- Instagram
Instagram in Redexa Social: your own Meta developer app, a Professional account, followers and seven insight metrics for your latest 10 posts. No posting.
- TikTok
TikTok in Redexa Social: your own TikTok developer app in sandbox mode, the video.list scope, and views, likes, comments and shares for your latest 10 videos.
- X
Redexa Social does not read X analytics. The X section shows only whether your X API credentials are configured, and says so on screen, so nothing is implied.
Features
- Posting windows
How the posting-window chart works: average views by publishing hour in UTC and a day-by-hour map, shown only after 6 posts with views. Pro and Studio.
- Health score and diagnostics
The four parts of the Redexa Social health score, the 4- and 8-day inactivity warnings, the zero-view check and the engagement reference table, from the app.
- Content observations
How Redexa Social flags posts: under 40% or over 150% of the account's own average, after 4 posts, at most 6 notes at a time. Computed locally.
- Rivals
Rivals compares your YouTube channels with up to three public channels you pick: subscribers, total views, video count and views per video, read from your PC.
- History and CSV export
Every refresh is a stored reading. Trend charts show the last 7 on Free and the last 30 on Pro and Studio; Export CSV writes platform, account, metric, value.
