Your own baseline
An observation compares a post with the average of the same account, because an industry benchmark knows nothing about your audience. A post below 40% of that average is flagged as underperforming; one above 150% is flagged as worth repeating. With fewer than 4 posts the app says there is not enough content yet, since with two posts “average” and “best” are the same thing.
Few notes, on purpose
With several accounts one observation per metric would make dozens of lines nobody reads. The panel keeps at most 2 per account and 6 overall, problems first, then what is working, then information.
No AI, no extra calls
Observations are computed by the app from the data the last refresh already collected. Nothing is sent to an AI service and nothing costs a quota unit.
