Your next post needs a hypothesis, not a guess.
Use a weekly analytics review to compare content fairly, investigate weak results and choose one measurable experiment.

1. Make the comparison fair
Choose one platform, one format and a consistent observation window. A video published yesterday has not had the same opportunity as one published last month. Compare posts at the same age where the platform makes that possible; otherwise record the difference. Keep paid and organic distribution separate.
2. Check the data before judging the content
A zero can mean low reach, an expired connection, delayed statistics or a metric that was not returned. Check account access and the platform’s own analytics. Treat unavailable measurements as unknown, not zero. Redexa diagnostics are a starting point for investigation, not proof of why a post underperformed.
3. Look for a repeatable difference
Review three stronger posts and three weaker posts of the same format. Record the opening, subject, length and call to action. If you calculate an engagement rate, state the denominator: for example, interactions divided by reach, multiplied by 100. Do not silently swap reach for views or followers.
4. Change one thing
Test a clearer opening with a similar topic and format, or a different topic using the same format. Changing everything at once makes it difficult to learn what mattered. Posting-window suggestions are test candidates, not promises.
Your next-post brief
Write down your observation, hypothesis, one change, primary metric, review window and decision rule. Example: opening with the finished result may make a tutorial easier to understand. Compare against similar tutorials after the same observation window, then record whether you will repeat, revise or stop. One post does not establish a reliable lift.
Where Redexa Social fits
Use content rankings and diagnostics as inputs to your review. Start with YouTube on Windows; Instagram and TikTok currently require your own developer app. Redexa reads analytics and does not publish or schedule posts. The free plan is available to start; additional accounts, history and exports depend on your plan.
