Four parts, weighted
Technical (25%) drops with every problem that blocks data collection. Engagement (30%) compares your rate with the reference for accounts of your size: in line scores 50, twice the reference caps at 100. Consistency (25%) is 100 while your last post is 3 days old or newer and falls evenly to 0 at 30 days. Coverage (20%) is the share of enabled platforms with recent content. A part with no data is left out and its weight shared among the others, so missing information is not punished as a bad result.
What Diagnostics flags
Each issue has a severity, a short explanation and a next step: “Slowing down” after 4 days without new content, “Content stalled” after 8, “0 views on latest videos”, and connections that need relinking because access expired or was revoked, with a button that goes to Link account. Steps not taken yet, such as no account linked, are shown as nudges and do not count as problems.
The engagement reference
The comparison uses a table that ships with the app, compiled from public 2026 benchmark reports (Socialinsider, Influencer Marketing Factory, Improvado), as approximate ranges rather than grades. Engagement here is interactions divided by followers. Accounts under 300 followers are not compared, because a single post swings the ratio, and a result within 25% of the reference counts as in line.
