A reading per refresh
Every refresh stores what it read. The Overview draws audience (YouTube subscribers, Instagram followers) and views on recent content over time: the last 7 readings on the free plan, the last 30 on Pro and Studio. The change beside each figure is measured against the previous different value, so refreshing twice in a row does not show a misleading 0%. At least two refreshes are needed before a trend appears.
What the CSV contains
Export CSV writes the latest refresh as four columns: platform, account, metric and value. For YouTube the metrics are subscribers, total_views, video_count, recent_views_last10; Instagram adds followers and the totals of the latest posts; TikTok the totals of the latest videos. Text that a spreadsheet would read as a formula (starting with =, +, - or @) is written as plain text.
Clearing the cache
If a number still looks wrong after Refresh, Clear cached data in the app recomputes everything from the next refresh. Linked accounts and your licence are not touched.
