Export YouTube channel stats to Excel or Google Sheets

Export your YouTube, Instagram and TikTok figures from Redexa Social as a CSV that Excel and Google Sheets open directly: columns, metrics and the steps.

What the file contains

One row per figure, in four columns: platform, account, metric and value. Each linked YouTube channel contributes subscribers, total_views, video_count, recent_views_last10 (the views of the latest 10 uploads). Instagram accounts add followers and the totals of their latest posts, TikTok accounts the totals of their latest videos. It is the latest refresh, ready to paste next to your own sheets.

Safe to open

Channel and video names come from outside your computer. Any text starting with =, +, - or @ is written so that a spreadsheet shows it as text instead of running it as a formula.

What it is not

It is not a YouTube Studio report: watch time, impressions and revenue are not in it, because Redexa Social does not read them. For history over time, the trend charts in the app keep the last 30 refreshes on Pro and Studio.

Step by step

  1. Refresh first. Press Refresh so the export holds the latest figures.
  2. Export. Press Export CSV in the top bar (Pro and Studio) and save redexa-social-export.csv.
  3. Open in Excel. In Excel use Data › From Text/CSV and pick the file, or open it directly.
  4. Or open in Google Sheets. In Google Sheets use File › Import › Upload and choose the file.
