How to keep an eye on several YouTube channels at once

One overview instead of switching channels

YouTube Studio shows one channel at a time. In Redexa Social every linked channel feeds the same Overview: total audience, recent views, interactions, top content across channels and a status per platform. Diagnostics then lists which channel needs attention first, such as one that has gone quiet or lost its connection.

How many channels each plan holds

The plan decides how many accounts can be linked at once; YouTube, Instagram and TikTok accounts all count. When the limit is reached, the app says how many your plan includes instead of failing quietly. The current numbers are in the table below.

Channels you do not own

Linking needs the Google account that owns or manages the channel. To watch a channel you do not manage, use Rivals (Pro and Studio): up to three public channels, compared with your own on public figures only.

Step by step

1. Link the first channel. Open Link account › YouTube and sign in with the Google account that owns or manages the channel. If Google asks which channel or Brand Account to use, choose the one you want.
2. Add the next one. Press Link another account and repeat the sign-in for the next channel. Each channel keeps its own read-only authorization.
3. Refresh everything. Press Refresh once: every linked channel is read, with progress shown per channel.
4. Start from Diagnostics. Open Diagnostics and fix what is marked Needs fixing, such as a channel that needs relinking, before comparing numbers.
5. Compare in the Overview. Use Top content and Views per post to see which channel and which format did best this week, then note one change to test.
